NatureRx at UConn is a University-wide initiative to highlight opportunities for spending time in nature, to promote the scientific evidence for nature's many benefits and to encourage the UConn Community to engage with the nature around them. I have volunteered with NatureRx by designing promotional posters
During my time at UConn I was part of the merchandise team for the EEB Graduate Student Association

The Fern Mail is a illustration initiative I created in 2020. It was created with the aim of bringin art and science together and create a science community around it. More than 60 different scientists from all over the world have participated by requesting their favorite animal/plant/planet to be featured in one of our stamps

I have volunteered for Planting Science as a Science mentor two differet times by helping middle and high school students to develop their own science projects during the pandemic

I have collaborated with the LGBTQ+ Plant Scientists Twitter page in multiple ocassions by doing illustrations to celebrate pride month and or just as small reminders that we are all welcome in science

I have worked together with Plant Love Stories in the past to create Plant Valentine's day cards. These illustrated cards are free to download every year and different artists are featured with unique designs, all related to plants
